* Asylum
This power allows Dragosani to control their shelter. Dragosani can manipulate shadows, open and close doors, fire up a fireplace or candle, cause sounds, etc. anywhere within their Dominion, at will.System: This power is used automatically. However doing something more complicated may require of spending Willpower point. It's up to the Storyteller.
** Blood Blade
This power is used by Dragosani in a fight. Any melee weapon used by Dragosani will cause aggravated wounds to Kindred or Werewolves.System: Dragosani has to use a Blood Point to cover blade with blood. During his next fight, the weapon will once cause aggravated wounds to his opponent.
*** Nightly Shield
This power allows Dragosani to move in his Dominion during the day.System: The Dragosani has to spend 1 Blood Point for every minute spent in his Dominion during the day. He may be exposed to direct sunbeams for a number of rounds equal to the number of successes in Stamina + Fortitude (difficulty 8) roll. In addition, every time he is exposed to direct sunbeams, he has to expend 1 Blood Point or 1 Willpower Point.
**** Power of the Earth
This power allows Dragosani to use power from his Dominion's earth.System: Dragosani has to make Wits + Occult (difficulty 7) roll, spend 1 Blood Point and spend 1 hour in the soil. The number of success indicates how many Willpower Points he receives (the number of Willpower Points ca n't be higher than max. number of character's Willpower Points). He may use this power once a day.
***** Earth's love
There is no doubt that in their Dominions, Dragosanis are masters and formidable opponents. This power allows Dragosani to temporarily raise all of their attributes.System: The Dragosani has to spend 1 Blood Point and make a Wits + Occult roll (difficulty 7). The number of successes indicates how many attributes can be raised by 1 for 10 rounds. No attribute can be raised more than the generation limit for the character.
****** Master of Asylum
This power allows the Dragosani to teleport between different places within his Dominion or to become invisible or making his movements inaudible.System: This power costs 1 Blood Point for teleportation or making his movements inaudible. Additional spending of Willpower Point allows the Dragosani to become invisible (takes ethereal form, like Wraiths). In this ethereal form he may move through doors, walls, etc., but he can't manipulate real things (he loses all his Physical Attributes). Time of invisibility depends on Wits + Stealth roll (difficulty 6):

Kindred can go back to his original form at will. It takes him 1 round to accomplish.
******* Armour of the Devil
This power makes Dragosani impossible to be hurt by any normal weapon. Aggravated wounds taken by Kindred are divided by two (rounded down; 1 HL means no wound, 2 HL means 1 HL received) System: The kindred has to spend 1 Blood Point and make a Stamina + Fortitude roll (difficulty 6). The number of successes indicates how many rounds this power protects Kindred.
******** Heart of Earth
This power allows the Dragosani to benefit from powers of his Dominion's earth like from Earth's Love, even apart from the Dominion. The only thing he needs to use this power is a pouch with some earth from his Dominion. Of course, he is still affected by his Weakness. System: Dragosani has to spend 1 Willpower Point, and make Wits + Occult roll (difficulty 6). The number of successes indicates how long Dragosani can benefit from the earth's powers:1 success | 1 day

********* Emperor
This power allows Dragosani to take control over the minds of every intruder who enters his Dominion. Dragosani can read the intruder's thoughts, put subtle suggestions into his mind etc. System: The Dragosani has to spend 1 Willpower Point and make Manipulation + Leadership roll (difficulty is the target's Willpower lowered by two). The number of success will determine strength and time of control (Storyteller should decide about details).
********* Will of the Master
By using this power Dragosani becomes invulnerable to all powers using Social Attributes.System: The Dragosani has to spend 1 Willpower Point and make an Intelligence + Occult roll (difficulty 6). The number of success indicates time of invulnerability:

********** Master of Existence
This is the ultimate power over life and death of any living creature in the Dragosani's dominion. It has only marginal influence on Kindred and no influence at all on Wraiths. System: Dragosani spends 1 Blood Point and whispers "die." He also makes a Manipulation + Occult roll (difficulty is the victim's Willpower lowered by 4). Number of success indicates how many Health Levels victim loses (with out any Stamina rolls). If this power is used to attack Kindred, than difficulty is the victim's Willpower lowered by 2, and victim is allowed to make Stamina + Fortitude roll (but wounds are treated as aggravated ones).
********** Master of Power
This power makes use of all intruders' powers (Disciplines, Thaumaturgy, Spells, Gifts, etc.) in Dragosani's Dominion impossible. System: The Dragosani spends 2 Blood Points and makes a Wits + Occult roll (difficulty 9, or the victim's Willpower, it's up to Storyteller). Number of success indicates how long victim has no Powers:

5 successes | Until he leaves Dragosani's Dominion and if at any time in the future he returns to the Dominion, he will again lose his powers.

Kindred lose the ability to regenerate wounds by using Blood Points, Werewolves lose natural regeneration etc.
