Description
Like Vicissitude, to learn this Discipline a vampire must first drink the Vitae of one who has it. When Vitae with Vicissitude is brought into contact of Vitae with Bioelectrix, a violent reaction occurs (KA-BOOM!). As such, the two Disciplines are mutually exclusive. All who develop the Discipline gains the Weaknesses Scent of Ozone and Stormfront. Animals, sensitive humans and scar tissue reacts as though a storm were coming.
* Electrosight
The kindred generates a weak electric shocks like an electric eel, creating a charged field around herself. The field bestows a form of 360-degree vision: she is instantly aware of any disturbance in the field, such as movement and the use of Mental Disciplines (Auspex, Dominate, Obfuscate, etc.). System: Once learned this power is always on at no cost. However, the Kindred develops the Scent of Ozone. The range is 10' per level in Bioelectrix. Perception rolls are made as normal.
** Conductor/Recharge
At this level, the Kindred is immune to electrical damage and can carry an electrical current through her body. She can now 'feed' off of electricity.System: Roll Stamina + Fortitude at Difficulty 6. The more successes indicates the lower resistance against the current. A Botched roll means you just started an electrical fire with your own body & clothes; each '1' rolled is a level of aggravated damage you suffer. Car batteries are worth 1 Blood Point; anything smaller is too weak. House current provides 1 Blood Point per turn, no More!
*** Zeus' Dagger
The Kindred can now generate an electric charge from her own body. This charge does aggravated wounds to the target. Direct contact, or contact with a conductive medium is necessary.System: Spend 1 Blood Point and roll Bioelectrix at difficulty 6. Each success equals one level of aggravated damage in addition to normal damage. Botching create an electrical fire as per Conductor.
**** Serpentine
Become a Sea Serpent! Get big, blue & scaly! You now resemble an Aquatic Dragon from AD&D and other fantasy art.System: Same as Horrid Form. Spend 2 Blood Points. Gain +3 Strength, Dexterity & Stamina, +1 damage in hand-to-hand combat. Social Traits drop to 0.
***** Ball Lightning
Ranged combat. A sphere (or 3) draws forth from your own body.System: Spend 1 Blood Point per Ball created (max # is your Dexterity). Roll Dexterity + Firearms to hit, difficulty 7. 1 success = 1 hit, each hit is 2 levels aggravated damage.
****** Electrical Storm
This is the last ditch, "THE $#!+ HAS HIT THE FAN!!!!!!", ability to cause mass destruction. Gas ignites, electrical systems are destroyed beyond repair, lights and TV/monitors explode, as everyone and everything is hit with a barrage of electrical energy, and the air is superheated to several hundred degrees Fahrenheit.System: Costs 5 Blood Points to activate, and 1 per turn to sustain. Roll Dexterity + Bioelectrix at difficulty 7 for range/blast radius, each success is 10'. Each entity caught in the Electrical Storm is hit with 1 level of aggravated damage each turn, and the soak difficulty is 9.
