System: The character must make a Charisma + Subterfuge roll vs. target's Willpower. The number of successes determines the duration of the dream:
1 | Two turns |
2 | One scene (or ten minutes, which ever is longer) |
3 | Half an hour |
4 | One full hour |
5 | The entire evening |
Use of a Willpower point will stop the effect, however the target must make a Willpower roll (difficulty of six) to even tap into her Willpower because a part of her wants the dream to continue. If used on human's this may cause an actual orgasm.
System: The character must make a Manipulation + Empathy roll vs. target's Willpower. Each success allows for two of the target's soak rolls to be affected: the target now needs a eight to soak damage as opposed to a six and both her stamina and fortitude is considered one point less when soaking. This affects lasts the entire night until the successes have run their course. The character may to use the power on herself at anytime. In this case, her soak roll is unaffected, however she may ignore wound penalties.
Example: Polly Poppy uses Mommy's Little Masochist on Spike, a Brujah who has insulted her. She rolls 3 successes. Anytime during the coarse of the night, Spike will need to roll a nine to soak his next six wounds as well as have his pool lowered. Polly considers seducing the Gruff the Gangrel into attacking him...
System: The Blisser must touch the target and spend one blood point to allow for two such hits. Misses are not counted. Instantly the target will feel an unnaturally sudden, powerful jolt of pleasure that fries her nerves and causes some blood vessels to pop. Some targets' hair have been known to stand on end as if jolted with electricity. Damage is the Blisser's Appearance rating and is aggravated.
System: Character can affect two people for each point of manipulation she possesses. The targets need only be in eyesight and be within an eight foot circle. Character rolls Manipulation + Intimidation vs. targets Willpowers and consults the "Erotic Dream" table for duration. The targets suddenly see, hear, smell, touch and even taste things in a distorted fashion. Colors swirls and sounds becoming strangely curious. Targets may not spend Willpower for any reason while under its effects and all Abilities are lowered by three (never dropping below one).
System: No roll is required, but the transformation requires one blood point and three rounds to complete. If three blood points are spent, the transformation is instantaneous.
System: No rolls are required and the power may be shut on and off at will. Anyone within a 10 ft. circle around the Blisser must make a Conscience roll vs. difficulty 8. If the roll is failed both Demeanor and Nature becomes Bon-Vivant as long as they remain in the Blisser's presence. If a target fails the roll, leaves the 10 ft. radius and then returns, the effect is automatic. Targets who make their rolls need not make them again for the night (vs. that Bliss member).
System: You are so dazzling that you now have a Majesty-like effect. You may also now fly at the speed of sound, leaving a rainbow like trail behind you briefly.
System: The Blisser must use the "Erotic Dream" discipline as well as expend one blood point for each target to be effected (she affect up to her Charisma rating). The duration chart is not used. A crimson, sweet smelling mist leaves the character and surrounds the target. In the target's mind they are embraced by a former lover and remain totally enchanted and unmoving, while in her minds eye she is making love. The mist slowly drains two blood point per turn as well as does aggravated damage equal to the Blisser's Charisma. This continous until the target is dead (or in torpor if she is kindred). After the first turn, the target must attempt to make a Willpower roll (difficulty of 8) per turn or remain entranced as her life is drained away. Others may move the target, however the mist remains around her until and attacks until she "snaps out of it" or is killed. If the target succeeds in her Willpower roll the mist disperses, however her blood loss and wounds remain.
