By means of this Gift, the Garou can make herself look so desirable that her victim will come promptly to her and just stand looking. A succesful Appearance+Empathy roll against the victim's Willpower will render the victim defenseless; all roll against her have -2 difficulty. The number of successes indicate how many turns this lasts. A Willpower point must be spent to maintain this fascination from thereafter.
