The Bastet who carries this coin (virtually all are Roman coins depicting the goddess Fortuna) recieves good luck. This fetish negates two botches per activation success.
These fetishes tend to ally with Bastet - any others must roll at +2 difficulty to ally themselves with the fetish. In addition most of these fetishes were created by the Caecilians, who could bond especially easily to these items (-2 difficulty) and their half-children, the Tiberii (-1 difficulty). It is considered a symbol of high status amongst the Tiberii to possess one of these rare items.
