This spell creates an Egyptian War Cat - a breed of domestic cat originally used as a weapon of war by Egyptian Charioteers. The figurine can be one of two types depending upon the fur used. If the fur of a domestic cat is used the figurine has the following statistics:

Attack: 1 damage
Talents: Alertness: 1, Athletics: 2, Dodge: 3, Brawl: 3, Climbing: 5 (trees)

If the fur of a feral-cat was used the figurine has the following statistics:
Str: 3, Dex: 3, Sta: 3, Per: 3, Int: 2, Wit: 3
Willpower: 8
Health levels: 5
Attacks: 2 damage
Talents: Alertness: 3, Athletics: 2, Dodge: 3, Brawl: 3, Climbing: 7 (trees)

Furthermore if the fur came from a Bubasti, Caecilian, Qualmi, or Tiberii Bastet, the figurines attacks will do aggravated damage to shapeshifters and kindred.
