Level Four Mystic Rite

Description

This rite is cast upon a colony during a gathering of several Chiropter on urgent business. All Chiropter present have their Rage roll difficulties set to 9 during the gathering. However, slights during the meeting are likely to be remembered and brought up at later encounters.
