This is a pendant made from a black pearl. Upon activation, the owner must roll Manipulation+Empathy against the victim's Willpower. Even one success will cause the victim to experience all the loss, pain, humilliation and remorse she has experienced in her life in the same second. This will stun all people with 8-10 Willpower; knock unconscious those with 4-7 and sink in a catatonic state those with 1-3. This drains all recoverable Willpower points. Wyrm creatures are unaffected by this fetish.
