Wetworks
(version 1)

Author's Notes
The concept is based on a comic book from Image Comics that I reworked to fit into the World of Darkness.
Introduction
The Technocracy, in an effort to test the efficincy of the various defenses of the vampire kingdoms sent in a special forces team, comprised of Sleepers, on what would surely be a sucide mission. The team was misinformed on the true nature of their mission, being told by their superiors the nature of this mission was to gather information on a terrorist group. Out of ten members sent on the mission only six made it alive into the compound, fighting off the vampire forces. Holed up in a lab inside the compound the situation seemed hopeless until the team discovered a huge containment system filled with techno-organic life forms called symbiotes, that could augment a normal persons strength, speed, and healing to the equivalent of the abilities of the vampires they were barely holding back. In that instant the special forces team decided to use the golden colored symbiotes, and fled the compound. Meanwhile the The Technocracy feared the consequences of the team surviving and being Awake to the true nature of things and also of the symbiotes the team found in the lab. A squad of HIT Marks and technomancers, in an attempt to destroy both the symbiotes and the team, leveled the compound in a matter of minutes. During the crossfire the special forces team escaped, with the aid of these symbiotes. Not realizing any of the team or the symbiotes survived, the Technocracy stopped searching and the team vanished from sight. Recently there have been reports of warriors in golden sheaths roaming the globe.
Getting Started
A player interested in creating a symbiote should first consult their gamemaster and get approval.Use the same process you would to create any character, but instead use:
Attributes: 7/5/3
Abilities: 13/9/5
Backgrounds: 6
Freebie points: 20
Once you have done, that add 2 to one of your characters best attributes, and add 2 to one of the characters best abilities. This is done because the symbiote accentuates the best qualities of its host. For example if your character was a weight lifter , he would become 2 dots stronger because of the symbiote. The only exception to this rule is if your character already had six dots in strength, you could not add two dots to that and give him eight dots of strength.
Wetworks
Like blood points are needed to heal a vampire, the symbiotes need points to heal and shield themselves from damage. These points are called wetworks. You can acquire extra points by soaking up vampire or garou blood though the symbiote, because the vampire is the symbiotes natural enemy and the armor was designed by the Technocracy to thrive on the blood of their enemies. This includes the changeling, but magees do not fall into this class, because they have technomancers and HIT Marks to worry about. Roll a 1d10 to determine a character's starting wetworks points.
Disciplines
WIth the user of wetwork points, a character can achieve these feats.* Nightvision
** Disguise: The symbiote can mimic clothes and hide its gold sheath, making them valuable as spies, since they can blend in with the general populace.
*** Unlimited Ammo
**** Shield
***** Create Weapon: Note, the weapon created cannot leave players hand or it dissipates)
****** Burn Organic Matter: The symbiote turns bright blue and white like a blue flame and any organic matter that touches it burns. The feat last 1d6 rounds.
Enemies
Symbiotes and vampires share a great hatred for one another because of their first encounter with on another and almost always attack first and ask questions later. Mages and the garou have mixed feeling abou the symbiotes and will most likely asume they are working in conjunction with the Technocracy. The technocracy wants to acquire the symbiotes for further study, since they are protypes and all data on them was destroyed when the vampires acquired them. Note the host does not necessarily need to be alive and is considered expendable, which poses a problem for any person that controls one, and would most likely make the Technocracy more powerful.
