Level Three Bunyip Gift

Description

If there are any rainbows nearby, the Garou may roll Gnosis to hit an opponent with it (the opponent may still dodge). If the opponent is hit, roll Rage for damage. If there are no rainbows present, one may be created with one Gnosis. This Gift is taught by a Rainbow Serpent spirit.
